James J. Nicholas, principal
of the firm, is a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser (SCREA). Mr. Nicholas attended
the University of Santa Clara, where he received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Commerce. After graduating, Mr. Nicholas worked as a loan agent
and appraiser for American Savings and Loan. He founded James J. Nicholas
& Associates in 1981, and has since earned a Quest For Quality Award.
Mr. Nicholas has been
appraising property since 1975. He is a court approved and court appointed
expert witness for superior court in Alameda, Marin, San Francisco, San
Mateo, Santa Clara, and Somona Counties.
